hardware support costs within the first year.
There are no catches or hidden payments. You pay 40% of your
annual premium up front, the remaining 60% is only ever due on
an item that requires support. If a problem occurs on an item,
which you have already paid the full amount for, you won’t have
to pay a penny more.
We offer tailored support programmes to meet individual needs,
thus ensuring that your system operates with minimum disruption
or downtime.
As standard, our on-site services are fully inclusive of all
parts and labour, and we also offer telephone support and
technical advice facilities.
