EADIS – Electronic Accounts and Distribution Information System
Is your company a Sage or Quickbook user, or are you still using old
character based account systems? If so maybe we can help.
Both Sage and Quickbooks are good systems but lack the personal
touch, what if you wanted to add a data field, add or amend a
report, one that is specific to your company, one that requires to
be in Excel or PDF format, or one that needed to be texted or

All hardware is supplied inclusive of delivery, and 12 manufacturer
months parts and labour warranty, some Servers are available with a
3 year Carepack from HP.
Most items are available for delivery to site within 48 hours, and
if you prefer, can be installed by Eurorealm for a small charge. |

Support |
As
well as offering support on all Eurorealm developed products, we can
also offer support on many Microsoft products such as Server 2003,
Exchange, Proxy, Backoffice and UNIX (Sco and Unixware).
Our customer base includes large and small companies who all
appreciate the importance of E-mail and Internet connectivity in the
business world of today. They have all learnt that there can be a
host of difficulties involved with maintaining a fast, reliable and
resilient system.
The aim for Eurorealm is to minimise any disruption. We achieve this
by identifying potential problems during regular quarterly or
monthly preventative site visits. Our consultants will carry out a
complete system overhaul on both the server and client PC units.
This ensures that settings remain unchanged and both system
performance and security levels are maximised. Each site visit will
be followed up by a comprehensive report offering advice and
suggestions to improve system functionality as well as
recommendations for future developments.
We back this service up with a high quality reactionary telephone
and site support arrangement for problems that occur between our
regular site visits. There is no limit to the number of telephone
support calls or site visits deemed necessary by our staff to
maintain your system. |
